Robert received his Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lawrence Institute of Technology and his Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University. Mr. Wagner has attended many professional development courses in HVAC, Process Piping and Plumbing and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Michigan.

Before joining Climatek Engineering Inc., Robert was employed by BEI Associates for 34 years as a Senior Mechanical Engineer. Prior to moving to BEI, Robert was employed by the City of Detroit Water Department. Mr. Wagner has gained a wealth of technical and practical knowledge about a variety of mechanical systems over the course of his career. His project experience includes automotive plant and chilled water system design, waste to energy power plant design, steam supply and distribution system design and university research and science building design, among many other projects too numerous to list.
