Nick Purohit received his Mechanical Engineering degree from Wayne State University and has attended several professional courses in HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection. Mr. Purohit is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Michigan.

Before the inception of Climatek Engineering Incorporated, Nick was Vice President of the Mechanical Department with other top consulting engineering firms. He utilized his design, project management and administrative skills to successfully conceptualize, design and complete several projects up to 1,200,000 square feet in size, which include Chrysler Mini Van Plant in Windsor, 150 West Jefferson high rise building, Atheneum hotel, and St. John Hospital and Medical Center, all in Detroit.

Nick won A.S.H.R.A.E awards in 1988 and 1989 for the most energy efficient design of a commercial building in the Detroit area.
